How could we provide a practical Management, Marketing and Entrepreneurship guide for those with little theoretical knowledge?

More than 5,000 people participated on the experience of opening their business, managing the marketing mix and responding to the demands of the public in a game of entrepreneurship that simulated a dynamic and competitive market.

TRAINING GAME

We needed to promote corporate entrepreneurship and carry out an assessment of competencies linked to Entrepreneurship.

As the managers of a robot factory, players divided their time between their daily activities and the development of different innovation projects - from continuous improvement to breakdown - testing their entrepreneurial behavior and related skills.

The game generated a detailed profile for each user, mapping 15 competencies such as Leadership, Planning and Teamwork.

The challenge was to engage high-level clients and educate them on the benefits of the company's products, generating purchases.

A detailed management simulator reproduced all aspects and variables of the business.

 

This detailed simulation promoted intense competition over several weeks, in a scenario where experts competed to find out who was the best manager.

How could we increase awareness in business teams regarding the need to promote product turnaround?

"Execution" was a game in which participants were responsible for the commercial success of a new soft drink.

Players should prioritize channels based on market factors, ensure sell-in, negotiate with buyers, and use promotional tools to leverage sell-out.

TRAINING WITH VIRTUAL REALITY

How could we make patients with Aviophobia - the fear of flying – feel safe enough in a real flight?

A Virtual Reality simulator recreated in detail the experience of flying, from arrival to airport, check-in, x-ray and boarding - to the flight itself, including takeoff, turbulence, landing and taxiing.

RV goggles, motion sensors, positional audio, and a custom robotic platform have created what has become the world reference in the field.

After each training session, the participants receive challenges to be overcome in real life, validating and internalizing learning.
